Terms of Service

> Any art commissioned is meant for personal use ONLY.> Do not re-sell completed pieces.> Do not use to train generative art models.> Okay for use as icons and banners (please let me know if it's the main purpose beforehand, so I can properly format the final product to suit this need!)> Okay to post on your own social medias! Credit appreciated, but not necessary.> I will ask if I can post your commission on my own social media. You are free to refuse this request.> Payment expected BEFORE final product is received.> Concept sketches will be sent for review before final product is started. WIP screenshots sent as needed through process.> Current expected turnaround is from a week to two months time until completed. Please communicate regarding a requested deadline (Ex. Anniversary date, Birthday, Holiday Gift, etc.)> If more time is needed, I will reach out through your preferred communication method.> Simple revisions after completion of final product can be negotiated.> Please notify of necessary changes ASAP during the creation process.> There will be no refunds after final product is received.> Major alterations to final piece and additional alts are extra, price based on complexity of request.> Please e-mail me using the e-mail in the footer, or message over Bluesky regarding these Terms or if anything needs further explaining before commissioning.> I will refuse a commission per my own discretion.
